I set up a wireless network on my computer and cant connect?

Ok, so I have an Actiontec GT701-WG DSL Modem with Wireless Gateway. I can configure a wireless network on my computer and I can not connect. I looked to make sure it was in place and running, and says it is. but I go to network connections and has no connection there. Please il.Venez someone can please help in any

1. you dont have a wireless card
2. if you have one, you haven’t installed the correct drivers
=check device management

a. install a wireless card
b. install proper drivers.
