Is 54Mbps DSL Actiontec GT701-WG modem fast enough to run Modern Warfare 2 Multiplayer?

I will use my WiFi card created computerconnecting our wireless modem. Is it still good?

The 54 MBps between the computer and modem is going to be much faster than the DSL connection itself so it will be fine. Your DSL speed is probably around 5 – 8 MBps at most.

Depends on your ACTUAL spedd, which you can test by going to speedtest.net. I would recommend you use a cable (not wireless) for gaming, to reduce latency.

54Mbps and Wireless N’s 100Mbps are useless for most Internet applications as previously stated because you will not obtain 54Mbps or higher internet. Average internet speed is below 10Mbps with few going as high as 20Mbps. You could buy an 802.11b 11Mbps router and be in the same boat as far as your situation goes.
